I ordered them one size up, and they fit perfectly. I have had them for a while now and no issues. I use them for indoor basketball and they do their job. They didn't tear up while running or stretching. When it comes to washing them, make sure you quick wash them with cold water, no bleach just regular laundry detergent, and just a small load of like socks and underwear, and just none heavy stuff. When the wash is complete, air dry them don't put them in the dryer. That will shrink them and make the pads tear up.

Tore after the first game. My son loved the fit of these but they tore after one sixth grade basketball game ( he had worn them to one practice prior to the game). Really disappointed with the durability

Good product. I’m 6’2 200 lbs athletic build and I got the XL. I use them to play competitive slow pitch softball cause I’m a shortstop and I dive a lot and it really helps my knees from getting skinned up from the infield. Don’t put these in the dryer, ever. Completely ruins the padding and they’ll be unwearable. They air dry quick tho. I’ve bought 3 so far cause of careless laundering lol.
