I got this round steel fire pit lid for the fire pit I built in the backyard. The fit works great and I don’t have to worry about walking away from it after I put out the fire. Plus, it also helps keep other debris and stuff that you may not want in there so it stays looking good. It does have some weight to it, as it is 34 inches in size. I really like having this protective cover on my fire pit. the black color blends in nicely with it and I feel like it will last a long time.

This steel lid fits our firepit which has an inside sleeve measurement of 31" inches. It sits perfect and lays on-top of the insert sleeve rim ( a good 1-1/2" inches) all the way around on top of the firepit. Like it as it's sturdy, nice weight to stay in place.This picture shows how it allows our fabric cover to lay flat over the top without dipping down into the pit area.Nice application for protection against weather, falling leaves, rain or snow.Note: I'll be adding another picture showing the lid placed on top of pit without fabric cover soon.Good Value & Investment

made from very thin metal and had spots where the coating was not applied uniformly, not sure it will last long

Easy to assemble and fits my fire pit perfect. Protect the inside from leaves and other blowing limbs. Would highly recommend.
