How to Use:
1. Surface cleaning: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease or debris. Make sure the surface is completely dry before proceeding
2. Measuring and Cutting: Measure the area where the liner is to be used. Using scissors or a hobby knife, cut the liner to the proper size, leaving a small margin around the edges for a better fit
3. Installation and Use: Place the sound insulation foam on a cleaned surface and smooth it out starting from one corner to avoid air bubbles
4. Trimming The Excess Material: If necessary, trim the excess material from the edges to give a neat surface
5. Final Press: Press on the surface to ensure a strong bond
Precautions:
Due to the product is rubber foam cotton material, in the transportation process under pressure, the thickness will have some errors

This 342 mil 16 sqft Sound Deading Material for Cars, Thick Sound Deadening Mat, Automotive Sound Deadener, Audio Noise Heat Insulation for Car Hood Door Trunk Dampening, Pack of 15 Sheets works as expected. It helps keep the noise down in my car and it doesn't rattle as much as it did without it.

Decent product made from a dense foam with a foil layer that faces out. The backing feels like it is very sticky and seems to be sturdy enough to hold it in place. Tried to peel off a corner just to see how well it stuck and it was practically glued on. As far as trimming and shaping to fit, I used a very sharp X-Acto knife which went thru the material rather easily.

These work really well, but very simple, they come with 2 sided tape to hold them on. But they work very well.

I got these sound deadening mats to add some insulation and hopefully noise reduction on the headboard wall of my RV. The adhesive sticks really well, and these are very easy to cut to fit as needed. I could tell right away that they were helping to keep the heat in my RV, and I like that they also add some padding behind my new headboard fabric. I found these easier to work with than the rolled variety of insulation mats.

This is nice sound deadening material at a fair price. I received 15 sheet of 342 Mil, 16 square feet. The sound deadening is made from dense foam material, has a foil front layer and has an adhesive backing. This is thick mat but light weight that is good for engine compartments, floors, inside doors, trunk area, hatches and other areas where you have room for clearance. This sound deadening mat will finish out my rear cargo area where most of my deadening is needed. I started rolling out several sheets. It conforms well to arches and curves. The adhesive is strong and I feel confident in the outcome with this product. Make sure you are working in a warm weather or a heated area when applying this product for best performance. I gave this item 5 stars.
