Installation Instructions:
✔Note: There is a CLEAR or BLUE film cover of the product for protective. Please removal this film before using.
- Clean the area where the trim is to be installed. Make sure the surface is free of wax, oil, dust or water.
- Install the strip on the vehicle body or bumper and press it firmly to ensure the trim is fixed well.
- Heat Gun May Needed If temperature is very low (heating the surface aids adhesion).
- Do not wash your car within 2~3 days after you stick.

While it is peeling a bit, I do not know if it was the adhesive or just bad prep work on my part. I would find it useful for decorating or crafts, I have some concern with its ability to hold up to the weather.

I loved this product for what I used it for and it wasn't for a car. I created this huge 10 x10 foot mural of outer-space, in an large half circle shape. The attached this to the very edge of the mural and now it looks as if I'm in a spaceship looking out the window into space. Awesome!!!!! Who knew????? The chrome finish really sets it just right. Installation was a breeze....

Often products are marginal, not enough glue, too stiff, wrong dimensions and etc. These days it a crap shoot.This item is perfect

This product is VERY good for use in interior of Classic Cars where it is hard to find the original chrome. I have used it on several classic cars, and it looks good, holds good and is a fair price.

If you need a flat, easy to apply and easy to clean metal “band” to finish out anything retro looking— this is your product! We could not find an appropriate metal banding or molding for the top of our Formica backsplash. It was finished in the red, so I had resigned myself to the fact that it would just stay that way.. Altho I wanted another layer of chrome so it would look more finished. Polished, if you will! Someone in an old house group mentioned this tape- and we ordered it as soon as we read about it!!!It did take two people to install properly— Altho it couldn’t have been simpler— just peel and stick! If we had shorter sections- one person could have done it- but one wall was 15’ long— so two people helped keep it straight and inline, one put it in place, while the other would pull the adhesive strip and keep the extra up and out of the way. Almost 25’ of tape was used and finished in maybe 20 minutes, if that long!It’s only been down 6 months now— and so far, no issues! There’s a lot of steam in this kitchen and it hasn’t affected it! Cleans like a dream too.

Stuff just won't stick. This is NOT 3M self adhesive tape on back. No way. Junk. Product could be nice but is worthless with no adhesion...almost none at all. Not kidding. Obviously, old product that probably sat in a China warehouse for months or years. Keeping it real here.
