INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROCKER ARMS OR VALVE LIFTERS:

Prior to installing rocker arms or valve lifters, it is generally advisable to immerse them in lubricating oil for a specified duration to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear and tear. The soaking duration can vary, but a minimum of a few hours, preferably overnight, is typically recommended.

To do this: Place the rocker arms or lifters in a container and submerge them fully in the lubricant. Ensure the lubricant thoroughly covers the components and periodically stir them during the soaking process to facilitate complete penetration. Once the soaking is done, remove and wipe them clean with a cloth. Additionally, inspect them for any signs of damage or wear, and confirm their compatibility with your vehicle's model and engine specifications before installation.

It's worth noting that soaking may not be necessary when using a fully synthetic lubricant, as it offers superior flow and penetration properties, enabling quicker lubrication of the rocker arms or lifters.
