OEM has 5/16th screws and this has regular Philips head screws. These are the wrong RPM and it's very low and will not move any pressure switch No matter what water column levels. Tested 3 new packard inducer motors And not one of them can pull in a pressure switch. Bad product And not what the picture shows. You will get a packard inducer motor not the oem model needed as shown in the picture with the correct rpms.

The product was not was we ordered it was not OEM was advertised. It was not original equipment which is want we wanted.
