I used these at a national cross country course. It had rained the night before and the course was soft. These gave me good footing while running.

My high school varsity son used these for a 2mile time trial during summer running to experiment with "spiking up" for anticipated mucky cross courses torn up by the time Varsity Boys come up ( 4th but most often the 6th race)

I bought these for my daughter's XC season. They screwed into the shoes easily and none of them worked themselves out. They also remained sharp through out the season.

These little pointy things are magical! They make my daughter run almost as fast as I did when I got first pair of running shoes in fifth grade! No one could out run or kick me in kickball. They screw into her Nike running spikes and she was "just a runnin" like Forrest chasing after Jenny.

Our son was recently in the junior national cross country championships. There was snow, mud, and dirt. He wore the spikes on his shoes for the race and it really gave him a better chance at a higher rating he would not have gotten wearing his regular racing shoes. Will use again next year!

These spikes are good and wears well.It is not a typical spike made of Aluminium; it stays sharp and does not wear out after couple of runs.
