Initially I received an incomplete order that was damaged and contacted BiNARi and they send me replacements immediately (priority USPS), which was received complete and in perfect condition. I'm unclear on what happened with the original shipment other than the shipping tube was a cheap cardboard tube and the second was a much more robust mailing tube. The zinc came was just as advertised. This company has great products and I will continue to use them.

I received package and opened it today and found out I was sent damaged merchandise. The box was not damaged at all but the zinc came package is dented about 8 inches down on the package and zinc is crushed.
