Thé clamps will not fit a 12mm cue. The cue tips are too thin.

Why sell these kits without glue,don't make no sense

Pretty much everything is covered, from pieces of chalk to replacement ferrules, replacement tips and shaping tools. No tip glue though so that will have to be purchased separately. Everything is there, and everything is cheap, as expected for this price. In an emergency these can be used to good effect, but you are likely going to want better tips that the ones included. If you need to replace a ferrule, have a professional do it with better quality than these, unless you are working with just a house cue and not your normal player.
