The assembly like all of the other reviews has been the difficult part. The instructions took me 4 hours to cipher. When I figured out the drawing and went back to the images, it started to click. Overall, assembly and instructions not easy, but once you figure it out, its really neat.

This product is heavy duty and my handyman husband loves it. The directions to put it together were very challenging though.

I needed a handtruck with a nose extension to move large 30 gallon potted trees around my yard. A regular hand truck has a tendency to tip them over.I got anxious when I ordered this because of the reviews saying how difficult the assembly was, but it really was not difficult at all. I put it together with one wrench and a pair of pliers in about 20 minutes.It worked perfectly to move those big pots around. I just pull the handtruck up next to the pot, slide it over, and I use the tripod feature just in case so it doesn’t tip over backwards.Very pleased with it!!

I have had several of these carts, this one is better built, easer to use, much better on hardwood floors, even my work crews can't mess it up.I wish I had seen this brand from the start.

The instructions are not friendly (one letter sized page with everything crammed on one side of it, I feel like they could have added build order steps). It took some time but I figured it out. I think adjustments between hand crank modes could be smoother and I think it should come with two more washers for the button bar, but that's my only complaint so far.

Heavy, awkward to use, no assembly instructions. Frustrating to assemble and then discover it’s impossible to adjust the 4 wheel retainer system. And since it’s not an Amazon prime item, it’s on you to return… and you’ll never get it back in the original box. POORLY DESIGNED, AVOID!

The "instructions" are worthless. I still don't have it together. It will be sturdy once built, but I don't have an engineering degree...

Bought this as a replacement as someone stole the one I had before. Came in real quick. But let me tell you. These intructoks are the worst ever. I just went back online look it up.
