Didn't use it in a normal fashion but attached a punching bag wrecking ball for kick boxing. worked excellently and know the 3M DBI-Sala brand from when I worked in industrial safety before retiring.

I use this to tether myself to a bucket for tree trimming. If I ever fall, of course it’ll suck, but I can feel this will keep me from falling to my death. It’s very strong and will undoubtedly catch me. I’d be worried about a weld on the bucket breaking before worrying about this strap breaking.
