I have had a long while of consistent excellent carbonated beverages thanks to these, would recommend.Caution: be careful when you first use them, they may need a break-in period where they don't seal completely.

When I got into making hard cider I didn't even consider carbonating, but now I rarely drink it flat.I've been able to try all kinds of drinks carbonated using these caps to do small batches.

These work well enough, but are not the same as the kegland caps. I couldn’t tell what the material difference is, but kegland a are supposed to be very chemical resistant and can take extreme temperature and pressure.Main problem with these is that they are quite difficult to connect to the black/water connections. The grey/gas connections go on fairly effortlessly(like it should). I’d return them if they were as difficult to disconnect, fortunately the black/water connections disconnect with little effort.I am not using the threads on these, so I’m not sure how well they seal. I am using two with a female to female duotight coupler, and one of them as a lead in for a gas splitter.

Hard to find the original kegland parts in the US. These are a good price but the quality is poor. The seals are damaged when they assemble but it does come with spares. It's hard to twist enough to seal because no grip on the sides. I wrap rubber bands around the top to help. One of my three also does not seal to the bottle and the threads strip when you try to tighten. Can't figure out how to contact seller.

I use carbonation caps for all kinds of things, like carbonating juices, water, cleaning lines, or kegging in PET bottles, and I have many plastic and machined stainless versions. For the price, I decided to try a 3 pack of these. These are identical to the KegLand plastic ones, but without the writing on the side. I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess, these are probably the overrun, or B stock of some other brand without any signage on the product. With that said, I did have to send the first pack back for replacement because 2 of the 3 wouldn't seal correctly. When screwed down to the bottle, one side would kick up and not shoulder properly, almost as if it wasn't molded correctly. I did notice some light discoloration on the parting line where the gate on the mold was, so maybe it wasn't? Granted, if I were simply cleaning lines or not using a lot of pressure I probably wouldn't have noticed. But, when I carbonate some drinks I like to crank up the pressure to around 50 PSI, shake, and repeat, and that's when I noticed the sealing problem. The second set sent to me though, have been working great! One of them is not perfectly straight, but is sealing properly. The only other weird thing about them, is the o-rings are not consistent. On one of them, the quick connect would not go past the o-ring because the thickness was too big. They do come with extra o-rings in the pack though, so I tried another one and it works perfectly.Bottom line - you may have some minor problems because how cheaply made they are, but on the other hand, 3 for $9.99 is also "cheap" and a great deal for carbonation caps! I will be buying more when they come back in stock.

These caps are slightly too large to fit into ball lock fittings. Only one out of 3 actually fits. I will buy name brand next time
