Ordered 6" pan with 4" steamer insert. Insert was only 2". both pans were extremely thin would dent easily especially if dropped.

Great product I use it all the time thin materials so if you do leave it outside, it will cool off without a warmer underneath but besides that it works great when it’s in the oven.

I have bought many steam pans regardless of brand they all nest together well. These ones do not. They are a touch wider than everything else so stacking only on the bottom and interchangeablity is diminished.Also the metal seems of lesser quality than others i have bought

I used my new Stainless Steam Hotel Pan to assemble, store, and transport a layered salad to an office potluck. It was easy to use and it is very sturdy. I can think of many ways to use it. We do a lot of cooking and entertaining. This pan will be a great way to create and store large meal items for a crowd. Great product.

Couple issues with these. First was the strainer piece looks like one side was stuck in a machine, took on some deep circle scratch marks, and then still made it through the process. The holes leave some sharp lips which would chew up your hands if you ran skin across the bottom.The other issue was the protective film on the lid. You know that satisfying pull off the plastic on a new shiny item, this is the opposite. It's super thin and just tears all over the creases. Other than using something to scrub it off, you'll be peeling a while. Doesn't impact usage, but super annoying to deal with.

I got 3 of these, and am happy. There were the standard few dungs from shipping, but I realize that they will suffer a greater dismal fate under my use/care.My only complaint... That blue crap on the lids?!? How do you get that stuff off? lol
