I got this for my living room to pair with the one I have in my foyer, but this was way too small for the room. That said, It looks very nice, but just wasn't right for my needs. The room is way too large and this just looked lost hanging in the middle of the space. The light currently hanging in my foyer has four rings. I might just not try to hard to get something to match, and get something completely unique to the room, even though it's open to the foyer only separated by a half wall.

Ordered the 2 ring light. Came wired with inside smaller ring power cord wired and twisted inside the outside larger ring, with no way to untangle the two rings and have it suspended correctly without solving a brain teaser party trick. If I wanted to expend energy solving puzzles, I’d do an Amazon search for “Annoying Puzzles” and buy one of those. I doubt they would cost $99…Had to completely remove the light from the ceiling and disconnect 4 of the 6 cables to un-macrame this fixture.

The packaging was great & the light came organized with all the wires wrapped & orderly. We mounted It on a very pitched 14 foot ceiling over our centrally located dining room table. Above this room is a loft/walkway, and the light looks great from every view. The multiple choices of color and brightness can light up the entire house. Installation was somewhat compromised due to the 12' ladder that was needed while mounting the light and accompanied by a second ladder/person to hold the light rings steady and straight. The process got complicated when we weren't careful on the initial process and the wires got tangled. (take your time & watch the wires). It was easy, though to straighten out (we actually pulled the wires out of the ceiling bracket, aligned them back in order & pushed back through the holes.) Once it was up, the fun part of arranging the rings how we wanted them was easily accomplished by simply pushing the wires up to shorten or holding the button in to lengthen. There were sample pictures of placement included as well. Our arrangement allows light to be in every direction plus straight down on the table. We removed the old dimmer switch and replaced with a flat plate & a small piece of velcro on that keeps the remote located and easily removable. We love it.

I am blown away by this chandelier - it is stunning and totally transforms my entrance hall. It is very bright, but can be dimmed and you can adjust the colour balance from warm to cool to suit the mood. I hired an electrician to take down my old heavy chandelier and install this one - cost me $600 but was well worth it and he didn't have any problems installing the new chandelier. I'm very happy with the purchase***Update 7 months later:The chandelier has stopped working. I am very disappointed and have contacted the vendor for a resolution

We love this chandelier. Three color temperature options and three brightness options including very bright. It puts out diffused lighting pattern, no shadows very nice. The shipping packaging is highest quality, custom recessed forms hold the rings. The wires are straight when it comes out of the packing forms but easy to untangle if they get displaced. You will have to adjust the angle of the rings if you want them angled. We adjusted them just like the picture on Amazon. It is easy to shorten or lengthen the wires that suspend the rings. No wire cutting or special tools needed. The chandelier looks elegant when installed. It is every bit as nice as the pictures. The remote control works right out of the box.We had a minor flaw with the lower ring. Customer service was very responsive within 12 hours of my email and they completely resolved the problem for us.We bought another one for another house and it was flawless.This is a great chandelier with excellent customer service. You will be pleased with it.

Wires are tangled on light on one part of it. Hired an electrician to hang it. Once electrician was up on scaffolding saw the wires tangled. Electrician tired to fix it but unfortunately he said if he redid the wires it could mess up the light and did not want to take responsibility for that. Cost me $300 either way to hang it or not, decided to hang it since had no light and paying $300 either way, very high ceiling. Very disappointing. Advice, inspect it before hanging. Hung a different light from same seller in entry way and it was fine. This one just tangled wires.
