Used to make a tall table these looked super nice and are extremely heavy duty. The holes for the screws were a little bigger than needed and had to use a washer to make the hole smaller so the screws didn’t go through. That literally was the only complaint.

Brackets were easy to put on and were a great fit. The quality was great and looks awesome. The hardware included worked with no issue and love the drainage holes on bottom of them so the wood can drain without touching ground.

Used these to replace some cheap sheet metal bases that were installed by the “Professional” fence installers that failed with the first big wind.VERRY happy with the design though I bought some 3/8” red head cement screws for them rather than the 1/4” anchors they sent. Have held up to some pretty good storms in the past 9 months and worked so well I bought some more when the fence in the other side of the building fell down.

Product is of good quality. All harward came with it to install them on concrete. If installing them on a wooden deck like me you'll need to get different anchors but that was not a big deal for me to get some. Sold material and fit my posts perfectly

Putting these on the bottom of the 4 x 4 wood has made my deck much more secure. The holders brace the wood and then I cover the entire thing with pcv fence posts. I have 7 grandkids who come over and I need a strong deck.

I was looking for 4x4 bases to install my kayak rack. While at the big orange hardware store and saw bases but wasn't completely thrilled woith them. I went home and looked online. I found these and decided to order a set.I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and design. These bases do not allow the 4x4 to sit on the bottom of the base or ground. They are designed so that the 4x4 sits on an elevated part of metal that contains drain holes. This design prevents water from accumulating at the bottom of the base and prevents wood rot!I loved this idea! However, I wish the metal was a little thicker in gauge. The current gauge looks like 1/16th, I would have been completely sold if they were at least 1/8th. Nonetheless, these are well-built and should be fine for most simple uses.Oh, one more thing, get rid of the flimsy sleeve anchor bolts this set brings and get some quality anchors.
