Yes you can use these in the oven. Just spray the inside with nonstick spray. The treated cups make the cupcake easy to come out too.

These work fine for our little brew pub for sauerkraut and other cold items but they suck when heating up anything such as cheese sauce, German potato salad, etc....they turn to mush and collapse.

I initially bought these for serving alcohol infused gummies at a giant bbq. They were awesome! Held up like a champ, even while housing rum overnight in the fridge. Now I use them for dipping sauces and will also try them with cupcakes.

Great size, look, and price... but they get a little big soggy with liquid. We used for salsa making contest and they lost their sturdiness pretty quickly.
