Smells horribly strong of citronella!!! Didn’t even use on my cats because citronella is not good for them to be around!

I am using this product with my 2 cats and my Dachshund puppy. One of my cats was scratching and hair patches falling out. I found a couple of fleas on both my Beagle and Dachshund. The cat collar fit my Dachshund puppy perfectly and she hasn't had a flea or scratched since wearing it. My cats are a little more difficult to inspect, but the one that was scratching is not scratching anymore! The collar hasn't bothered any of them. I was expecting them to try and get it off, but they are perfectly content with it on. And I am much happier that they are not suffering anymore and that the fleas are gone! Thank you!
