This will enhance a man's "front end" but with a vague enough appearance to just leave it at that. I personally would have liked it to have a bit of a more natural appearance when worn but I haven't seen one that looks good enough to justify. I have used this on occasion and it is comfortable enough to not bother me for the most part. I haven't really found a good time to wear it but the times I did wear it I felt more confident though I honestly think I felt it was more noticable than anyone else but hey I think the confidence boost alone is worth it whether anyone else notices or not.

Hey - we can all use a confidence boost some times. And if your a swimmer a little obfuscation can add to the modesty that a tight swim brief takes from you. These do not do much "enhancing" in my opinion with just one, but they do give you a nice smooth look. The padding on these are very thin -- it is like a pasty for your junk. No ridges. I think you could double, triple or quad up on these all at the same time if your really wanting to show a bulge.
