Someone tipped me off to these pumice stone cleaners for the toilet bowl and I'll never go back. They provide a much more abrasive scrub to the toilet bowl which is important for me because we have hard water. I have been overusing my elbows and shoulders scrubbing toilets with various flexible brushes. The handle length is longer so you don't have to reach deep into the bowl to clean effectively. The pumice is ample so each scrubber lasts a decent amount of cleaning sessions. I would definitely recommend.

If you live in an area that has high mineral content in the water, then you probably see toilet rings within 2-3 days of cleaning the bowl. And often times, it seems almost impossible to remove them entirely. A friend told me to get pumice stones, wet them, and then scrub the stained area in the toilet. After trying lots of other suggestions (just do a search) for how to remove rings/stains in toilet bowls, I decided to take my friend's advice. First, I purchased a single pumice stone because I didn't want to invest in more in case it didn't work. But, I'm here to tell you, it worked. It does take a little elbow grease to get the stains out. It's important to note that the pumice stones have to be WET before using them (as an eraser) to remove mineral stains on the toilet bowl. The pumice stones are NOT recommended for other porcelain items around the home.

I know a lot of people will be think a long handle on a toilet cleaning product is a great idea... but, if it limits your ability to flex up under the rim due to the handle hitting the other side, well it just isn't a great fit. I much prefer a shorter handle that makes it easier to maneuver. The pumice stones were great with out the stick.

I always avoid cleaning the mineral deposits that form a ring around my toilets because I hate sticking my hand in there with a pumice stone, even if I'm wearing gloves. These pumice stones on-a-stick solve that problem! Now I can clean the toilet without having to stick my hand in the toilet water. It's a germaphobe's dream come true! They work well and come in a convenient 4 pack, so you can have one (or more than one) in each of your bathrooms. Highly recommended.

These were longer than I thought over a foot-long. I really found them helpful for cleaning the toilet ring. As you can see had a ring on the toilet and after cleaning is the picture without the stone in it and you can see the ring is no longer there. The ring would not come off with any amount of cleaning solution or elbow grease but the pumice stone took it off in a couple minutes. It was very easy to use. I wet the stone first to make sure it wouldn’t scratch when it was dry let it soak in the toilet water for about five minutes and then used it to clean the side of the toilet. There were no scratches that I could see. I’ve only used it a couple times so far because I only use it when the ring gets really bad. The set of four is perfect because you can share with others or keep one in each bathroom of your home. I also plan to use it on the cast-iron tub to see if it will work there.

I have mixed feelings on these pumice stones cleaners. The pumice stones cleaners are the only thing I have found that actually remove the hard water buildup stains that have developed in my toilet over time, and I mean the only thing, because I swear I have tried every home remedy type trick and every product on the market! So that is a pretty big deal, and I love that about these. However, the sticks that are glued on to the pumice stones aren't ideal, and cause some issues with getting into some areas of the toilet where you have to try to remove the handle if you want to get into those areas. I had to ruin an otherwise nearly new pumice stone trying to remove it from the handle because it did come off, but broke when I tried to get it to come off the handle so I was able to use it without the stick and get under the room etc but it destroyed the pumice stone. Also compared to other brands I have used in the past, these disintegrate pretty quickly, so I will buy one of those brands without the handles next time. Even though I love the idea of the handles in theory, it just doesn't work in reality.
