I like the build quality and the nice crisp sharp tone. I've used them on drums too, in place of drum sticks, and they are holding up well, though I'm not smashing the drum head particularly hard with them. Nice colors and feels good in the hand.

These colorful maracas are made of wood. They should survive being dropped, so appropriate for kids. They are quiet. Another benefit if you plan to give these to kids to use around the house.

These maracas are absolutely beautiful. I love that you get two pink and two green. They are made of wood and should hold up very well unlike some made from gourds that deteriorate over time. They make a lovely noise and are a great addition to musical get-togethers and parties.

Exactly as pictured. 4 in total. They are small enough for children. I bought them for a child to practice grasping. Not very loud... some maracas have metal pellets, the sound is loud. These are a softer sound. I like them!
