Do I need tools to remove and install the wheel rim protector kit?

No tools are required to install/remove the wheel rim protector kit, but we recommend wearing gloves whiling working.

How to make sure my protector kit installation position is correct?

Please ensure that the valve stem hole on RIM protector kit is aligned with the valve stem on wheel before installation.

What's included in the package?

4 or 5 x rim protector kit (depends you choose), 1 x foam strip, instructions.

If my protector kit is damaged due to a collision with another vehicle or object while driving, is this a product quality issue?

This is not a product quality issue. Any protector kit will be damaged or scratched in a collision. however, you can choose our 5 PCS RIM protector (leave one PCS as spare)

Check your wheels!You probably know if your wheels are 20" , because you would have had to order them special and you have the quicker, but less efficient model for your Tesla.If you don't know. You likely don't have them, so buyer beware - these rims are for the 20" Tesla wheels, not the default 19".That said? They are pretty easy to clip onto the 20" rims, they come with some double-sided padded tape to keep the inner clips secure and they're made of a flexible, but hard TPU like material, good for a couple of scrapes. If you have the 20" wheels these would do a good job of protecting your precious rims.
