Fantastic. Made my life so much easier. Initially I had a bit of a problem with my mac but none with my windows connection. Emailed support about it an got an immediate reply. However, in the meantime, a reboot fixed the issue. Was totally surprised with the unexpected reply. Have been using the product for 2 weeks without an issue. I don't use the remote, so can't comment more than saying it works!

The connections work great, but the remote worked for exactly one rotation through my computers. It's totally dead. It's not the extension. I aimed the remote directly at the box and it still did not respond. I picked this one because of my limited desk space so I would not have to have the box with all the cables at arm's length. This sucks. Just got done setting everything up and now I might have to undo the whole setup.One other note - be aware you need to supply your own HDMI cables.

I've tried two other brands of KVMs and this one is far superior. It handles the higher image (data) throughput perfectly and is well built and just works exactly as expected.

I purchased this item to connect 3 computers to my 2 monitors. The product was received on time. The quality of the product was very well built. Hooking it up was very simple it only took about 15 minutes. And it was plug and play. This is a great product and I would recommend it.

For what I need it to do, it works fantastic.I've got three monitors (dual 27" 2K@144hz and single 34" 4K@60hz) and it runs really really well. I got this so that I didn't have to plug and unplug between the computers twice a day to swap between gaming and work since i'm WFH.I personally think that the value is great and does everything I need it to. The only critique i'd give is that there could be more front USB ports, but you can buy any old USB hub from Amazon and i'd do the job just fine but i've personally got no need for more devices.

This k b m switch has made it very easy for me to work on four different computers utilizing just one keyboard and one mouse very easy. Reliable and dependable.

I selected the ATLAHET HDMI2.1 KVM Switch because I was damaged the hdmi port on my last monitor by changing hdmi input cables without turning off monitor. That won’t happen again. This switch is fantastic!I’m not using it for 4 computers to one monitor as such but I do have my pc, Truenas server, Nintendo classic and PlayStation classic connected to it. I can use my keyboard and for both PC and my Truenas server and easily swap between screens when doing some diagnostics. I can change between the game consoles easily as well on the monitor.Looks very neat on desk. Feels well made and good quality with good weight to it.The remote is a nice feature but its within reach on my desk under monitor so much easier just to press the button. Was simple plug and play and very happy with it.

I've tried other KVMs and their idea of a remote is a wired dongle with buttons on it. Those are fine. But this one has a real remote! Yay!This thing is easy to set up, especially if you've used KVMs before. It's nice that it uses a standard USB port shape, as not all KVMs do that for some reason.Works well, and helps keep my IT environment nicer to manage.

Needed a new switch to replace an old one and also be able to work with new monitor and Mac. This is it. It was pretty straight forward plug and play up and running in about 15 minutes with coffee. Without probably 10. But remember if you want to use 8K resolution, both the computer as well as the monitor must support 8k. We rate this a 5/5 and will update the review if we encounter any issues in the future.

I purchased this device, a few days after the seller contacted me to see how things went. I hadn't installed it yet so I did not reply. A couple months later (wayyyyy past the return date) I get around to installing it. The HDMI ports work but not the USB. I contacted the seller to see if they could get it working. They replied almost immediately. After a quick back and forth they sent me a new one. This one worked perfectly. I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase! 4 computer dual monitor KVM switches aren't that easy to find and the ones that are there are very touch and go even at the $1000 range. This one has been great!
