I plan to use this floral tape to wrap wire for armature in knitted characters. It will hold the wires together and help seal the ends.

I’ve worked with floral tape for over 10 years and this is the weakest floral tape I’ve come across. It stretches and then one you put pressure on it to wrap a boutonnière or stem, it breaks off! Granted, it doesn’t break *every* time, but it’s still annoying when it does. I bought this because I was in a pinch and was out of my normal stuff. And though it does the job, I definitely won’t be buying this again.

I use these tapes for making flower pens and donate the pens to the local library. These tapes have been very reliable and perfect for attaching silk flowers to pens. They really brighten the library. And the price was so good for 4 rolls of this tape, compared to Michaels. I have donated dozens of flower pens and look forward to making more, using this tape.

I dont have the budget for plastidip. Years ago i bought this for wrapping the hilt of my wooden katana for better wrip in self defense situations.When i started getting into historical sewing, i started looking for ways to mitigate the damage this hobby does to the finances. Where can i cut corners to achieve the same result? Can i find an equivalent to the historical options?Its hard to find boning caps in the right sizes and at the right prices; and since it costs comparatively less to buy a lot of things than simply ONE thing, its not always financially sound.Cut the metal bones, file them down as best as possible, then wrap this around. It clings to itself well when stretched and pressed with a fingernail or something smooth. Once secure, keeps the metal from cutting through the fabric thus reducing the need for mending in the future.I dont know how many corsets ill be making, so I don't know how permanent this will be to my supply, but i can always take up the intended purpose for this tape

I bought this to do all of the artificial flowers for our wedding. I'm not sure if all floral tape is like this, but I felt the tape was not that sticky at all. It was almost like a thinner, stretchy masking tape with very little adhesive. After working with it enough and wrapping it in a way so it wouldn't unravel, I got the tape to stick enough to serve it's purpose and ultimately it turned out perfect. Not sure if I would buy it again, but I did love that I got 4 rolls in a pack and I only used 1 roll for all of the flowers I had.
