Sadly these small silicone pads I hoped would fix my mushy L2 and R2 buttons on my first generation PS4 controller are not the right ones, as you can see in the photos. The size is wrong and the two rubber 'prongs' on the back of the pads aren't spaced properly to fit the controller. Ugh. What a waste. :(

These conductive silicone pads worked well as a replacement for worn out push button switches on a vintage synthesizer. Would recommend this product for an electronics hobbyist repair kit or to fix an old PS4 controller. Please note the model of your PS4 controller to make sure this product is compatible as there are several models of PS4 controllers. The silicone used in this product feels high quality and should hold up to years of regular use. At $9 for 4 sets of these pads, this product is an excellent value.

These were just what I needed to repair a PS4 controller with the shape buttons starting to wear out. I've got no problem with them so far, but that could change down the road. I'll update my review if they wear out faster than expected. Until then, these are a solid fix.
