They got the standard bright light or a flashing strobe setting. They are impossible to ignore and light weight. They use a standard 12v dc charger not included though.

So I didn't get these to try out as bottle girls host night drink serving, being that I'm an fat big polynesian looking dude that might not go well. (Hey, some people might like it). What I did get it for is to put this inside the solar lanterns and jack-o-lanterns that that we have here and for that this is perfect. It has 2 modes, either always on (with 2 levels of brightness), or cyclic flashing, and they both work well. Recharging it is easy, though there isn't any sort of seal to protect the charge port so be careful how you use it.The lights are on the blue daylight balance side, but they do look good. It comes with 2 ac plugs so that's nice just in case you lose one.
