They are the perfect size for my Magic Mill dehydrator. I like that they are flexible. It makes them easier to fold in half and pour the dried items into a jar.

We used the trays to dehydrate excess farm fresh eggs then vacuum seal in quart jars. The mats are great for dehydrating fruit.

They work. The size is a bit off but work. Nice to have trays "on deck" ready for the next batch. Not having to dehydrate and clean before relaoding dehydrator. Work good.
