Ultraoutlet 40 Pack Flap Discs 4 1/2 Inches for Angle Grinder, 40/60/80/120 Grit Sanding Disc for Grinding, Sanding, Finishing, Deburring, Zirconia Alumina Grinding Wheel Type27(4 1/2 Inch x 7/8 Inch)Great value if you want a large amount of various grit flapwheels. These are flat flapwheels with a 7/8" non threaded arbor hole so they fit on my Dewalt 4 1/2" angle grinder D28110. Note: A 4 1/2" angle grinder with a 5/8" threaded arbor also takes 7/8" non-threaded accessories.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful!REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This means I have experience of using similar items; or that I have equipment or tools that I can test it with; or that I have an upcoming need so I can actually use. I am as selective about getting an item to review as I would be about purchasing that same item, so yes, I expect it to be a good product. My reviews are NOT based on packaging or if it was delivered timely.

I tested the 60 grit on an angle that had weld beads and it smoothed it out with little effort. There are 4 grits in the kit with 10 of each grit - plenty to last through lots of jobs. The sand paper held up well in my tests and I expect these will work well for just about anything I throw at them. At $0.75 each, I think this is a good deal.

These flap discs work just fine on metal and wood and seem to last as long as more expensive brands.

The price point isn't bad, but the abrasive is very POOR & The wheel basically turns to dust if used to remove anything other than light materials !! Definitely not a bargain if you're doing any stock removal such as beveling plate/pipe or weld flattening etc.... Pay a few bucks more & buy a ceramic flapper wheel that has a Longer lifespan !!
