Vendors are not always accurate in the details of the product being sold, but in this case, the vendor was spot on. In repairing our Plantation shutters I needed an accurate replacement pin due to the limited working space and movement of the shutter slats. These pins were exactly as described and enabled me to return our shutters to a working condition. Delivery was speedy and the price was reasonable as well.
