It stinks of hydrocarbons. It quiets the doors. I'll never do spring work again, so, I call the doorman for stuff I won't do.He used this. He warned against anything lithium or silicone on rollers, slides, and chains. "Only use this stuff".The stink does away. It also doesn't seem to drip.
