Make sure you tighten the front one tight correctly ! as it can slide off. Check and re check. I have this on my Triathlon training bike and put 3000 miles so far and NO issues!!!

A set of these skewers weighed in at 39 grams on my kitchen scale. They not only look fantastic but also function flawlessly. I particularly appreciate their springless design, which eliminates the need for extra parts like springs, reducing the chance of losing or having to fuss with them.

Read some reviews about these and most seemed to be happy with them but one that mentioned the rear wheel slipped right away. I actually would have run into this issue myself had I not checked the rear wheel once tight. What can happen... if you look at the pictures on the threaded nut side there's a flange that fits into the frame when it tightens down. On my rear wheel this flange actually extended to the point where it ran into the axle before the outer part compressed on the frame. This effectively made it feel as though the rear wheel was locked in when in actuality it was not! I filed down that inner flange so that it wasn't running into the axle and it clamps down just fine. These are remarkably light! The pair are about half the weight of my previous front QR (older Dura-Ace that's to be expected). They look good, definitely lock in the wheel. I think my only complaint would be with the carbon on the end of the level makes me a little nervous that it can't handle the amount of force required to really lock in a set of wheels. I simply use the aluminum a little lower and that works just fine. Can't beet the price for a little eye candy for the road machine.

The carbon wheels I bought for my road bike had bulky, heavy skewers. These are much lighter and lower profile. I've been riding on them daily for 6 weeks now with no issues. Good product, good price.

Very light and well made. Oh and they look fantastic when fitted! My only criticism is that the rear skewer is just slightly too short for the rear of my mountain bike. I know the description says it'll fit a 135mm rear but I think these are probably more for road bikes which are 5mm shorter. My other rear skewer is a bit longer so beware if you're buying for a mountain bike!

These have to be the lightest ever! The quality looks good. I would recommend you do not over tighten them. The leverage is good, so you need to be aware of how much force you are cranking, so not to strip any threads. This is expected when you are using Titanium, very light but not as strong as steel. Using on my wife's Specialized MTB, to lighten it up. It is used more as a gravel bike so no worries on strength issues, there will be no jumping tests, running with DT Swiss 350s standard QRs and carbon rims. Time will tell how these work out, but I dropped 75 grams off the bike, best option for the $$.

Very light , durable material. I purchased it for my Triathlon bike (Felt ia3). every ounce lighter helps and this is not only lighter but very good looking too!
