The adhesive backing is extremely good! Comes with screw's but there's no need for them!

I searched for a long reflector to attach to our mailbox post along our country road and chose to try the red reflector roll strips. It wasn't 8 months later, the red was light pink. The UV from the sun-bleached out the tape. The red was a bit distracting anyway, therefore opted for these in silver. They adhered to the mailbox posts' plastic housing without any challenges. I did clean the area well with isopropyl alcohol, which preps plastic to receive adhesive in the best condition possible. It has been a few months and the reflectors remain in place securely and they look much better than red on the mailbox post. 👍
