The fuser in my husband's printer at his car lot just recently went out and it just so happens that this part matched up perfectly and was a match for what he needed. This comes very well packed and secured so there was no damage whatsoever to the fuser. It was just as described in the ad. Has all the little parts and pieces. There is a really good video online that can help you with getting this part swapped out on your printer. I would say just make sure you go over all the models and part numbers that this is compatible with before purchasing to be sure it will be a good fit for your printer. As long as you do that you're good to go! You can always take this to a professional for them to install as well if you are not familiar with swapping out Parts like this. After my husband got this fully swapped out with the old part it immediately worked and took care of the problem! We really cannot be happier! Definitely a solid 10 out of 10! Amazing quality and everything is very durable and well made! Works perfectly as it should! Worth every penny for sure

This came in very well packed and everything was separate and sealed. The foam kept everything in perfect position so it wouldn't jostle during shipment. The part itself was identical to the original and seems to be made to the same standards. In order to avoid the cost of a technician coming in I decided to try this myself. At first I was a little confused but I quickly used the video tutorial and was able to get through pretty easily. This saved a bunch of money and time so I am more than satisfied.
