I wanted old pictures off my old tablet! So I ordered a new battery trying to fix it.The installation requires soldering! I'm pretty tech savvy but the soldering would be agitating for someone new to it! Battery size matched perfect! It just won't function properly, just flashes on and off!

The numbers are the same as original but it's much smaller. It has just wires no connection. After cutting the end of the original battery and soldering it to the new battery it took hours to reach full charge and died in less than an hour. Now it won't change at all.

I already had the tools and a lighted bench magnifier in place because I had just finished assembling a batch of circuit boards. So far the battery has been in use 8 weeks and it's working fine. So I now have a tablet dedicated to my exercise bike instead of scrapping it. I listen to bible teaching and music while pedaling. I play workout videos for my dumbbells and resistance bands. So the old tablet with unsupported android version 4.4 gets to live a bit longer. Honestly, i would have scrapped the tablet if I did not already have the tools and skills to replace the battery.

Wasn't without out challenge to replace battery either. I suggest cutting off the itsy-bitsy butt splices off the new battery and use ones that are a bit easier to work with. Plenty of room for larger butt splices. Give them a good crimp, tape the replacement battery down, and you should be good to go.......
