This vanity top itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, it came to us broken (see pics). Amazon has it as free return. That, however, is not the case. Bison provided a return label with return costs to the customer. This sink is 100lbs. Customer service said to provide pictures of the shipping container and everything inside, so I assume they could fight it out with Amazon over responsibility. However, the customer, who has paid a good bit for this vanity top is left in the cold. Amazon said ship it back. Bison said wait. This has been a horrible purchasing experience.
