Update: No response from seller. Will have to send back, unfortunately, I don’t have the original box, so I anticipate an expensive return.I bought this for my visiting grandchildren. We put it up one week ago and on day seven the strap ripped through the ring while my 65lb grand daughter was on it. Fortunately, the second strap kept the swing from falling to the ground. Up until this moment, the swing was a great hit. For this reason I can only give it a one star because I feel like it should have lasted much longer than a week. I’m hoping the company will send a new strap before my grands come to visit again.

Had to buy a different swivel for it, My son said the one it came with didn’t work that great. So I bought a new swivel connection for 20.oo., Works great now. Going to keep the one it came with it they don’t want to swivel as much.

I'm delighted to share my experience with this exceptional kids' swing. My daughter is quite the active player, and her previous swings haven't quite stood the test of time. However, this swing has truly impressed me with its durability. Not only is it the largest round swing I've come across, but it has also held up remarkably well over the last two years of relentless play. In fact, her previous swing, identical to this one, lasted for months before needing any repairs. I'm excited to see my daughter continue to enjoy her playtime to the fullest on this sturdy and reliable swing.

This is nice and large. Exactly as pictured. My daughter has been obsessed and goes outside every day to spend time on the new swing. I got this for her for her eighth birthday and it’s been perfect since it’s getting a little too chilly to go in the pool. It’s large enough for me and her to sit on it and read and relax outside together.
