The quality is cheap and it was a waste of time purchasing and returning because the shaft had rust on it. The item was poorly cast, as it had gouges & sharp edges and the bolt holes were not puncture through. Additionally, the packaging was punctured from the item. I am just not happy at all, so I went with the original to save myself the headache. I know that I have a good quality part that will last a decade. Buyers should be worried; save your time and money and just go with the original.

Fit well and restored the washer performance to like new. Hope it has better corrosion resistance then the original part that essentially disintegrated.

When uninstalling old spider. Tighten and lossen Hex Cap Screw back and forth a little bit maybe 20 times to break the locktight tread lock. use care backing out the screw. Maybe using back a forth movement while doing so. The screw is secured in place by a threaded insert in a plastic part on the opposite side. If the insert rotates in the plastic part. This will make removable almost impossible. I did not know this approach and decided to replace my 19 year old LG Washer with new. Amazon kindly accepted the returned uninstalled Spider.

The spider attaches to the back of the washer drum and takes the brunt of the pounding what doing the washes. It fit perfectly and the price was very fair. Replacing this is not for everyone, it is weighty and difficult, especially when doing yourself. But the spider fit perfectly which made my job easier!

What I thought was a bad bearing turned out to be the "spider" tub support. This is the first time the washer has ever been torn apart and was shocked to see the support was in really bad condition. All 3 arms were completely busted in half and no longer connected to the middle section. That was an OEM part and what I replaced it with looked no different. The new part was under $90 and the parts store wanted around $250 plus s/h. Corrosion is what destroyed that original one and took 10 years to do it. If I get another 10 years then I'll be happy with the cheaper part. It is a LG front loading washing machine model #wm2041cw. It is a very easy job and highly recommend you fix it yourself and save yourself many hundreds of dollars. Lots of good videos out there on YouTube and they walk you through it, step by step.

Part fits on my washer but the quality of the material is pretty poor. Upon inspection,I noted multiple places where there were missing material, this will cause stress in the material. On the picture you can see missing material and a crack is already noticeable. I am certain this product will not last long. I will install it as we are in dire need of a washer(unhappy wife) but if time is not a factor I would suggest ordering OEM parts.
