Product looked used. As you can see in the pics, it's dented at the top and has another dent on bottom. It still worked but don't like that it came looking all used! Giving it 4 stars for now to see if it lasts a long time.

this is an exact replacement for my system. I have not installed it yet. I bought two, this one is a backup. This a low cost item.., but if you call an HVAC company to replace yours.., you will spend from $150 to $200 for a 10 minute, $15 part.

With this extreme weather that has affected us all in the U.S, our air conditioners are taking a beating! We had ours shut off in the middle of the night when the capacitor couldn’t keep up with the constant use , but thank God we ordered two of these capacitors to keep on hand just in case and it saved the night! Usually when an ac burns out when it’s being pushed harder than normal in extreme heat 8/10 times it’s usually the capacitor. If this is the type your ac takes, I suggest getting a couple. It’s always better to have extra than get stuck without the part you need and there’s a heat index of 120 degrees outside! This worked perfectly in ours and we appreciated the low price and quick shipment as well.
