INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE WITH SNAPS FOR LEATHER
Step 1
Place the leather on the acrylic, base and punch holes with a hollow punch.
Step 2
Insert the cap into the leather hole and place it on top of base A side.
Step 3
Socket Set on another side.
Step 4
Use the pointed Install tools to
align the middle of Socket, then
hammer it tightly.
Step 5
Make another hole.
Step 6
Insert the Post through the hole.
Step 7
Stud Set on another side.
Step 8
Using the Concave Tool.

When I received the item, there were no instructions attached. I did not know the correct procedure to use the item. When I tried using the snaps they were seemingly made cheaply. I am saying this because with no instructions on how to use the item and when I did use the item some of the snaps bent at least me to believe without options that they were cheaply made. No instructions included.

I bought this set to replace some snaps on a jacket I had. I ended up replacing all of them because it was so easy. The snaps are high quality and have held up really well on the jacket. Only downside is that I have a lot of buttons and snaps left over ... I'm just waiting for the next replacement project I guess.

The instructions were from the Amazon product page pictures and the video. Those were enough to understand how to use the 4 included tools.The 4 tools quality is good enough for the price. It should last a while if not abused. The snap button parts look consistent and good enough quality for my intended repair. I tested the button parts with a magnet and they do not stick. At the very least, this means it is not basic steel or iron. Regular stainless steel does not attract to a magnet.I bought this kit to repair my bicycle pannier bag. The Brooks panniers have a vintage style. However, but the original front pocket uses a Velcro closure which wears away rendering it useless. I replaced them with two of these snap buttons. The style matches and feels more sturdy and makes it an upgrade.

The Product arrived on time, sealed in Packaging. I used these buttons to replace broken rusty buttons on a Survival Knife Sheath. I has to replace 4 Buttons on the Sheath, this Button Kit made the Replacement very easy. Instructions came with the Kit, and all needed tools to do the job. The Buttons are way better than the original buttons they replaced. My Knife Sheath works great now, I am very very Happy with this Product. I totally Recommend this Button Kit, Buy it.

I applied these snaps as closures on a tote bag - and they worked beautifully - the instructional video (on Amazon) is an easy, step by step, instructional guide that leaves nothing to guess work - and - most importantly - they give a safe, secure closure - perfect!

Fine product, good price, many snaps of different colors. Good deal, bought the kit to salvage a favorite pair of pants that the snap had gone bad on. A little creativity on removing old snap might be required. I used a drill press and small bit. Installation was fine using tools provided. Snap works well as expected.

I just needed one snap for a sweater jacket. I looked in all the sewing stores but could only find snaps for use on thin material and they were all too small and the price for 6 snaps was over $4.00. I found this product and the snaps looked like the snaps already on the sweater. This set was worth a try as it came with the tool to attached the snaps. The snaps were a perfect match and the quality of this set is excellent. I only needed one snap but now that I know how to use these I will try some new projects. The video was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to install, kit came with the right tools. The video on how to install is clear and helpful. Only 3 stars for the snaps themselves however. They're really tight, its hard to snap and unsnap. Some snaps I really have to press hard, wiggle and eventually they snap. Its kind of a bummer because once you've hammered them on, they're really hard to remove. One of the snaps dented in the hammering process. I was able to find a YouTube video on how to remove it without damaging the fabric and replaced it.I have a sweater I never wore because it has no closure and I dreaded making/sewing button openings. Overall the snaps worked for what I wanted and they're decent looking snaps.
