Regardless of what kind of dried flowers you get, there is inevitably some mess (and it's always recommended to unwrap them over paper towels or newspaper sheets so that all of the shedding doesn't land on your carpet or somewhere else), but these keep shedding even after you shaken them thoroughly and placed them in a vase. I only knocked them down a star, as they are quite lovely, but if you get them just be prepared to be cleaning up after them more than once.

Prepare for it to shed when it first comes out of the package! That's to be expected. These fluff up so beautifully - as long as you're just setting them up as decor and not touching them constantly, they should not shed further. A beautiful addition to my home.

Sometimes this grass can be very messy or it’s sparse or discolored. This grass arrived in tact and had very little shedding, the coloring was beautiful and the quality is very nice.

Cute for little bud vase dried arrangements, doesn’t have too much debris that sheds off (some is to be expected) great value and beautiful product! I’m happy with it and was able to make several dried arrangements with it.

Just put this where it won't get messed with. And when you're styling your vase, maybe set the vase in the sink or outside...somewhere where it will be easy to clean up the mess. But once I got it styled, it does look very nice in the rustic looking vase I chose.

Got these for making some DIY door wreaths and it was just what i needed. They shed very easily and quickly, but if you spray them with a sealer, it helps a lot! This was a really big bunch - I definitely have leftovers for other projects!

This were a great addition to my decor. Packaged very well. Follow the instructions for a full fan of pampas and you will love them. I was not disappointed with this purchase.
