Perfect fit for the Char Broil 5 Burner 463347519 ! Got my backup grill working perfectly! The old burners were crumbling and useless. This is like brand new for $40! Even replaced the push-button igniter.

The replacement parts are easy to install and the barbecue now works as though it was brand new. Only exception is the igniter which does not properly clip onto the gas tube. The clip is slightly shy of being big enough. This is why those plumber clamps are included. Use those to secure the igniter to the gas tube. all of the instruction videos, conveniently leave out the attachment of the igniter to the gas tube.

Easy to install works great on my grill. We were going to purchase a new grill but instead replaced the parts. Only thing it doesn’t come with instructions so we had to google them.

My grill is a 5 burner CharBroil from 2020, is covered and came from Lowe’s. Model #: 463347519Don’t be fooled my the Amazon Store logoing, this is not CharBroil brand. The propane parts were an okay fit. I had to use a hose clamp to get the (existing) igniter to stay in place on the replacement propane burner tube, so low ingenuity but still required parts and tools not supplied. Without the clear choice to do what I did it would have otherwise been a return.Carryover tubes fit awesome and the replacement cotter pins were a blessing as my old ones were totally roached out and broke on removal. The cooking grates are small and barely fit the grill. They’re also a thinner gauge metal than the original CharBroil grates. (Image shows only one small grate which is new, and two large grates are still original CharBroil.)Overall I’d say the kit worked with assistance in my case, which is disappointing at the price point of $100 in ’2023. It’s almost half of the original sales price of the grill. With that said, if I were to get another three seasons from the grill parts I’ll be pretty happy.
