The vise is well made, nice and tight. As reported in other reviews, the clamping screw is higher than the vise frame, interfering with using the smooth interior jaw walls. A prior comment from the manufacturer was they desired to improve this interference, but not only has it not happened, it seems unlikely they would want to make major changes to the design. The month plus shipping from china was eclipsed by one week shipping, likely an unanounced early buyer bonus that I would inquire about for other orders.
