Beautiful Finish
The heavier steel that goes into our closet poles is the perfect foundation for a fantastic finish. Some manufacturers apply the chrome plating as soon as the raw goods leave the steel mill. Not us! We always polish our rods first, and THEN apply a generous chrome plating. The resulting finish is practically mirror-like, and will last for many years!
Support Flanges Included
No need to hunt high and low for end cups, because everything is included right here as a complete kit! So rest easy, knowing that each component will fit like a glove. Oh, and don't forget that our end brackets are made with the same care and have the same flawless finish as the rods themselves. There's even a handy set screw to keep everything in place once you're done! Nice!
EZ Installation
- If installing over wood, just attach the flanges at the appropriate location with the provided ¾” screws.
- If going over sheet rock, use the provided hollow wall anchors and the included longer screws.
- When you cut the rod to length, try this pro-tip... wrap some masking tape around the rod a few times in the location where the cut will be. This makes it much easier to mark and also prevents the hacksaw from "wandering" as you start the cut.

I need a 6' rod for a closet and didn't want to use a center support. This rod was exceptional quality: thickness and chrome coating. The rod ends were very sturdy and easy to install.

I had a wooden rod in this closet when I bought the house. Not even half of what’s hanging there was bowing it so much that I had to look for something sturdier. This rod - because it’s not adjustable and it’s one solid metal piece- it holds up all of my clothes very nicely. I did not have to trim it to size, the pole fits just as is in my closet. I also did not use the fasteners I got. Clothes have been hanging there for about 2 weeks now and there is no bowing or any damage.

The rod is well plated and a good weight. Both sides of the rod hardware had an open slot for the rod to slip in or out of but the hardware was identical rather than mirror image, meaning the holes for screws to keep the rods from turning were on the same side What that meant was that one side had the ugly screw head filled hole on the out facing side. It would have been so much nicer if they put the holes on different sides so that the outfacing sides both had chrome unbroken by an ugly screw head. A small thing, but in a well built and painted closet it sticks out like a sore thumb,

No doubt, this rod and brackets are heavy duty and strong. Finish product is very sturdy and great looking, exactly what I wanted. So why didn't I give it 5 Stars? Well to start with, there was a problem with shipping, had to go to the Post Office to pick it, where they charged me an extra $22. I almost sent it back, but I wanted it... The other issue is that they included a note on how to cleanly use a hack saw to get a good cut. After three blades, got out the sabre saw, wiped that blade in a minute. Finally got the grinder out. Bar is heavy duty metal, if you only have a hack saw, get extra blades.

I just finished installing above our laundry equipment above the counter two Oak upper cabinets. We spent a good deal of money and they are 15" deep in stead of 12" (the norm). I found this supplier DESUNIA on Amazon and after seeing all the great reviews purchased this polished closet rod to hang between them. It arrived ASAP, was packaged beautifully and found the finish to be absolutely beautiful and as well "heavy-duty." Someone left a review on here that they felt the rod was flimsy. I had to laugh because it is not and actually quite the contrary. This thing is so sturdy you could do pull ups on it LOL. I am big on reviews and of course honest ones so I am leaving a most favorable comment to let people know this product is absolutely worth the money. Attaching some pics of the final install. I chose to extend from the side of the cabinet to the wall instead and all the hardware was there to do so. Also... I wanted one of those kittens to get a "big hug" too.

I was designing and fabricating wooden shoe storage for my man closet and decided the rod needed to be snazzy. This rod is snazzy and then some. Super good quality rod AND mounting hardware. The packaging was great; no damage. The fine folks at Desunia also enclose a flyer with helpful hints for installation; a very nice personal touch. Thank you, Dugans. Check out the photos to see just how the sharp stainless steel rod finishes off the woodwork with a flair. A practical note: hangers glide on the stainless steel rod for smooth, effortless operation. Great rod! We installed this in a laundry room to add some hanging space above the washer and dryer. This rod is very sturdy and can hold an entire rack of clothes without any bowing. It looks nice too. All hardware included. We cut it to length by starting the cut with a dremel tool and finished it off with a hacksaw (only because battery charge died on the dremel) which resulted in a slightly uneven cut but it still fit into the flanges with no problem and of course the uneven cut is not visible since it sits in the flanges. The rod has made hanging laundry somewhat enjoyable. :)
