I'm happy with this bag. It is a large size so is great for carrying some of my larger pieces. It also has some depth to it so I was able to carry a few framed paintings in the bag together. It is very durable, and the handles seem t be strong so no worries about it falling apart.

It's an affordable bag, and I hope it will last. The material is pretty thin rip-stop nylon and reminds me of what you would get in a backpack or carry-on bag that someone is giving away for free. There are no outside pockets, a pretty thin zipper that probably won't handle overstuffing very well. And the shoulder straps are not very wide, meaning they will dig into your shoulder if you are carrying anything wth weight. Along those lines, the bottom is stitched together and if that seam splits, there is nothing that will keep your art from spilling out. (I have a more expensive portfolio that at least has nylon banding that wraps entirely around the bottom and up both sides, providing extra support and taking the strain off the bottom seam. Bottom line is that it might be fine for storage or protection during a car ride, but I don't know if I would trust it for daily trips back and forth while walking around on a campus.

I got this to store my large diamond paintings in. For the price it is very good quality. Nice sturdy handles and zipper. It was shipped quickly and packaged nicely. Would buy again.
