Didn't work to good on my Honda rebel 300. Exhaust pipe is in the way. Well made. It should work okay on the right bike designs.

It feels a little light, and the swing arm grips don't fit my 2012 CRF450X all that well, but once the bike is on the stand, it does feel stable. If you're just looking for something to get you by, this will probably work fine, but it's a longshot from a rugged professional stand.

assembly , it is pretty simple no need for instructions. The pads do have a thick rubber cover on it, which helps with grip and prevent scratches on your swing-arm.Don't know if I, would use it on a heavier motorcycle. but it works fine on my Yamaha T7.This will be a good stand for washing, storage and that quick work on your bike.

Definitely not the most stable for lifting the rear end. But for a quick chain clean/lube job it works alright.

My other motorcycles either have center stands or threaded spool bosses for stands with forks, but when I picked up this little KLX230SM it had neither. Instead, I needed a stand that lifts by way of pads for the swingarm. It's nice to be able to get the rear wheel off the ground now and then, and this swingarm stand fits the need. It isn't very robust and has a little more play in the joints than I would like, but for occasional maintenance use it should be more than adequate. It helps that the KLX only weighs 300 pounds; I don't think I'd like to trust a much bigger machine on this.It should be noted that in the title description the stand uses words like "fork" and "spool". That's not accurate. This stand is set up for neither of those. It is only set up for lifting the swingarm via the rubber pads.
