Unit had to be switched out with a unit that uses a different power range but seller reimbursed me for an adapter. Shipping was fast and seller was responsive to all inquiries made. Unit runs about 4 degrees higher than the external temperature guage reads. Over all a "good" product, not great but usable. Great customer service. Great Shipping.
