Worked well for extracting CV axle from left side of manual 04 Corolla - you're not going to get it out on your back and trying to smack it with a long pry bar or big, long screwdriver. Buy an extension (17.5 inch ABN) also - to avoid having to fight the steering knuckle and brakes with your knuckles. Pops old inner joint out after 4-5 smacks.
