I "upgraded" my ancient non-metallic washing machine hoses with this burst proof stainless steel version and they are holding up well after about 3 months of use. I liked that they included washers as the ones that I had were in pretty bad shape. That said, please be aware this is not really a 6 pack as shown in one of the pictures. There are a total of 6 items in the order; two hoses and four washers. Otherwise this seems to be a very reasonably priced set of replacement hoses. I cannot vouch for the 10 year warranty as I have not needed it but that is also a nice extra bonus. 4/5 stars.

As a first-time owner of a tankless hot water heater, I recently discovered that you're supposed to perform annual maintenance on the unit - who knew? This maintenance descaling flush involves a bucket, some cleaning solution like vinegar, a pump, and hoses to connect the pump/bucket to your unit, in order to pump the cleaning solution through.These washing machine hoses were perfect for the job. Hooking up the pump to the hot/cold service valves is important and having these hoses that are a) long enough to reach down to the pump/bucket a few feet below the unit, and b) color-coded to easily identify hot and cold are both critical. In addition, attaching the hoses with a nice tight seal is also important to avoid leaks, and thankfully, the inclusion of rubber gaskets ensures that's the case here.These hoses are exactly what I needed and are available at a great price!

I repair a lot of appliances among other things, so it's always nice to have a set around. Great value compared to what you'd pay in a box store.
