These are well constructed cooling towels. They're easy to use and look good. The only drawback is that the care tag says they need to be handwashed. I plan to experiment by putting one in a mesh lingerie bag and seeing if the towel remains intact and usable.

If you're in perimenopause this could be your new best friend at night. I soaked a couple, rang the out and put them in the bag within reach at bedtime. So welcome in the middle of the night when I overheat. I love that Amazon doesn't recognize permenopause as a real word, but it is, get these or something like them.

These HQMHYZ Cooling Towels are definitely a great way to stay significantly more comfortable in hot conditions! They are long enough to be draped around your neck and your shoulders and stay there without shifting around, or can be wrapped around your head as a headband or even worn like a scarf, etc. The main thing to understand is that they work by being wet, so your clothing will also be damp where it's in contact with the towel. Of course, that may seem like a no-brainer and no big deal but it may be an actual factor in how you'll choose to use the towels. In most cases, the clothing that might get damp, probably would have anyway, or you wouldn't have been wanting to use a cooling towel in the first place. I have used this type of cooling towel when traveling in vehicles without A/C and there have definitely been times where I didn't want my shirt to get any damper than necessary around the neck and chest, and I also didn't want my hair to get wet, so in those scenarios I opted not to use the towels. So, there are times when you'll have to decide which is the better trade-off between a damp towel or your sweat.On another note, I opted for the safety-colored green and orange towels to gain the extra potential benefit of using them for greater visibility while walking, running, or biking, etc. All said, these cooling towels are a great asset to have on hand, or better, on your head or around your neck, when you find yourself in more extreme heat! They'll really make a difference!

I live in Florida, where it is hot for a good majority of the year, and when I work out at home or outdoors I sweat like crazy.I would typically use a hand towel or a wet rag around my neck to try to help keep me cool and regulate my body temperature, but when I came across these, I knew it would be a great thing to try and hoped for a superior result.They arrived quickly, and oh my gosh, are these things awesome! Very simple to use and the directions are very clear cut and simple.They are larger in size compared to what I was using and they work exactly as described.I wet one and wrung it out and then kind of tugged onto a little bit while putting it around my neck. It surprisingly cooled me off very quickly and effectively and I was blown away to be honest.The fact that you get four for this price is also outstanding.I would pay this much for one of them.They’re also easy to wash in the sink. I just use a little bit of warm water and soap And it does the trick.Aside from working out, these would be fantastic for doing yardwork or any type of job where you are in the sun or heat for any period of time.I cannot recommend these enough and I think you will be just as thrilled with these as I am! I hope my review helps you to make more well informed decision.

I got these and I am glad to say that they work. Earlier this year at a softball game, I witnessed someone almost have a heat stroke. It was scary but people rallied around and fortunately everyone is ok to this day. But knowing that I was going to spend a lot of time in the sun on the field and it was going to be hot at the end of the season, I was concerned for myself and wanted to have something to quickly cool me down. I remember seeing another coach with one of these towels.Since I just got them, I've only been able to test them in November, but they really make a difference. Initially they are really cool, but as you heat up so do they. But you take it off and flap it or wave it a little and they cool back off nicely and it really feels good. And because they are 40" you can adjust the towel to constantly keep a cool portion on you. I put in on my neck, but then I also placed it over my head and it felt great. So it can prevent the sun from beaming down on your forehead or the back of your neck.The quality is good and there are no stray fibers, so this is near perfect.

I found out about this type of mesh cooling towel from one of my friends in my fitness class. Like me, she sweats quite a bit when working out, and gets overheated easily. She swears by her cooling towel which she uses to wipe off the sweat on her forehead and/or keep wrapped around her neck like a scarf.Based on her recommendation, I searched on Amazon for a towel that looked like hers. Needless to say, there were many options, but I ended up choosing this product because it came in a 4 pack and I loved the color combination options.This towel works as well as advertised for helping to cool me off after an intense, sweat inducing workout. I'm sure I will appreciate it even more in the warm and hot weather months.The reason I am deducting a star from my rating is that these towels did not come with any sort of carrying case. In the product description, the seller made reference to an "easy-to-carry package with carabiner clip." I did not receive even any carabiner clips and now I am wondering if the product packaging itself is what was meant by an "easy-to-carry package" but I don't consider the bag it came in to work as long-term storage.
