Not good.It has lesser Bass compared to the CCeCCe Brand which is also 40mm 4Ohm 5W High Full Range Speaker. The CCeCCe not only has more Bass (even though it has a smaller magnet) but has also more clarity and Highs. This brand is 4 pack but I would still recommend the CCeCCe even if its only 2 pack, and that I'm buying another 2 pack of.

Even though these are tiny, they need at least 10Watts to drive them. the magnets are strong and heavy for this size speaker.

I bought these specifically to fix some older JBL Creature II speakers, and they did not work! Contrary to the other review with the nice pictures, I found the large magnet on the back of this speaker hit the control board inside the speaker housings. When hot glued and reassembled, the speaker would become un-glued and push upwards, and the surround would then be touching the mounting ring.I got the left side speaker to halfway fit, and it did sound good. I mean, sound where there was none before is always an improvement. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again, but not to fix the JBL Creature speakers. Find ones with a smaller diameter magnet on the back!

Used in a sealed enclosure small amount of sound dampening material makes for a full flat but slightly crisp sound with decent bass that makes the most of a low wattage amp. Totally worth the $ just to experiment with. Using these without an enclosure will not do them justice

I used these with an MAX98357 driver for my DIY voice assistant. Nice and loud (driver is maxed on volume). Big magnets, make sure you have room for them in your project.

Used them to repair a JBL Creature Active 2.1 speaker set. These are a big larger than the originals but nothing that hot glue and tape could not fix. They sound good.

It was a great replacement for my creature ii speakers. It has a lot of range and feels like a quality part. One advice I would give is make sure you give it enough suspension or else it’ll buzz
