These fit right in. Perfect replacement for a broken factory door handle. Absolutely no problems with the installation at all. Two screws and the old ones came right out, and these snapped right into place! Really couldn't be any simpler, I don't think.Excellent value. Hell of a lot cheaper than factory Hyundai parts. I now have replacement handles for ALL FOUR doors, for the price of one Hyundai part.100% recommend these if you need to replace a broken handle.

No problems with the product and easy to install once you figure out what size wrench matches the bolt. You do NOT have to take apart the door! There's an easily removable plastic cover over the port to reach the bolt. But you'll need a flashlight to see the bolt even in daylight because it's relatively far back. There's a risk of losing bolt inside the door, so recommend using a magnified wrench/ratchet which you can do by getting one of those little magnet things at the hardware store to magnetize screwdrivers and whatnot. They're very cheap, easy to use and helps if you have anything else in the home you might wish was magnetized. There are YouTube videos to see how it's done.This solution was FAR better than paying the $120 my local mechanic wanted to fix it. It took me about 45 mins to change the handle, but that's only because I was stubborn about trying to do it without watching a video first and had to figure out what size socket matched the bolt. The size recommended in the video was wrong for my car's bolt. Once I knew exactly what to do, no problem at all. It should only take about 15 mins for someone who knows where their tools are and isn't stubborn about figuring it out themselves first. :D

I own a 2008 Hyundai Sonata which is what this product is supposed to fit and it does to an extent. While the actual door handle fits perfectly and is robust, the strike plate or knuckle piece that the handle butts up against does not work with the factory 8mm screw that is found on the car. I'm not sure what the actual size of the screw is that would fit this hole but it is bigger than the one found on the factory door handle. I had to reinstall the original with the new handle which does work but is not pretty to look at. Just be aware of this as a buyer and find the right screw beforehand and you should be fine, because everything else DOES fit as it should.
